What is your return policy for skincare products?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products. If you experience an adverse reaction, please contact our customer care team within 14 days for a consultation and resolution.
Can I use Ultraceuticals products during pregnancy?
While many of our products are safe, we recommend avoiding products containing Retinol (Vitamin A) or high concentrations of Salicylic Acid. Always consult with your physician before starting a new regimen during pregnancy.
