We want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our Customer Care team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Products

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leakage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid return shipping label and attach it to the outside of your package over any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
